Glenerne
Built in 1900, Glenerne is a three bed roomed semi-detached cottage located in New Elgin, within a short distance of the railway station and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town.
Glenerne
Glenerne offers one king-sized double bed room down-stairs, one double room and one twin room upstairs. Down stairs also has a wet-room, sitting room and kitchen with dining table. Upstairs has a shower/bath room which serves both upstairs bedrooms.
The Kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine located off the back passageway. There is central heating throughout the property.
Externally, there is adequate parking for 3 vehicles, a small grass area with a drying line, and an outside table and chairs which are undercover at the foot of the garden.
The property comfortably accommodates four occupants, but can host up to six occupants (two double beds and two singles)

Built in 1900, Glenerne remained in the same family ownership until the passing of the previous owner who was born in the house in 1927. Although it had been upgraded and kept in good repair, we carried out a sympathetic restoration of the property and opened up the rear garden area to create adequate off street parking.

The property benefits from WiFi, electric showers upstairs and downstairs, a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and televisions in all three bedrooms.

It comfortably sleeps four but has in the past accommodated six where two guests have been children. There is a surcharge for more than four guests.
The property also benefits from a downstairs double room and a wet room, which is ideal for anyone with reduced mobility.

The minimum stay at Glenerne is three nights and we are always pleased to offer a 10% reduction for stays longer than ten nights.

Glenerne is the ideal self catering property for either tourists or workmen, well equipped, centrally located and with the benefit of off street parking.
